A standard boiler service with Morheat Ltd is a fixed £70. That includes a full inspection, safety check, combustion analysis and a written service record. If you also need a CP12 gas safety certificate, both can be combined for £110 · book the combined service.
A CP12 (also called a Landlord Gas Safety Record or LGSR) is a legal document required annually for any landlord in the UK renting out a property with gas appliances. It confirms that the boiler, cooker, hob and gas pipework have been checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer and are safe to use. Every inspection includes combustion analysis, a flue flow test, and a documented CO alarm check. Fines for letting without a valid CP12 can exceed £6,000. Yes. Every landlord who books a CP12 gas safety certificate with Morheat Ltd is automatically added to a reminder system. Eleven months after your check, you'll get a reminder by email and SMS so you never miss a renewal deadline or risk the HSE fine for an expired certificate. It's one of the reasons letting agents and landlords prefer working with me.
Yes. You can book any service through the online booking system, pick a morning (8am–1pm) or afternoon (12pm–6pm) slot, and pay a secure deposit via Stripe to lock it in.
